After deciding on my inspirations, I moved onto creating. For the background of my piece, I wanted a looped white noise-esque sound, and tested different pitches and frequencies with my clock ticking audio in PaulXStretch
Layering audio is essential for the type of sound I am aiming to create, so I went foraging for good audio to use. I recorded sound from the fan of a laptop running, the static of wifi routers, and some rain hitting metal.
